It unchill-filtered and is from an oloroso sherry cask no.1585,
It has a lovely mahogany colour and tasting notes are as follows:
A combination of cocoa, treacle and raisins give a complex sweetness 
on the nose. The palate is rewarded by sweet toffee overtones followed 
by a subtle smokiness and delicate floral notes.
