CHARGES
All parcels have FREE
Insurance upto the value of £500.
Where the value is between £500 - £1000 = £5
surcharge
Where
the value is between £1000 - £3000 = £10
surcharge.
Where the value is over £3000 = £20
surcharge.

OF PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit
Cards, (eg: Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
We also accept payment by Bank Transfer - £5 surcharge
(Due to Bank Charges).
DELIVERY
TIMINGS
Upon receipt of an order
and subject to payment in full, we will despatch the goods as
soon as possible. Please allow approximately 4-7 days for delivery.
DAMAGES
Upon receiving goods,
please check carefully that there are no breakages.
If there is a problem with a parcel, please be sure to detail
any breakages or any missing items
when signing the parcel documentation. This is necessary for
any insurance claims.
CUSTOMS
There will be no additional charges of
any sort, provided the whiskies are not for resale.
