Terms of Shipment and Payment

The prices include the legal taxes (VAT). The prices have to be paid with or in front of the receivement of the goods without withdrawal. I am still the owner of the goods, until I receive the complete payment; please do not empty the bottles before ;-)!

The delivery of Whisky to people below the drinking age of the individual country is not possible.

Please notice my additional information about deliveries into foreign countries.

If your package got damaged, please ask the parcel service for an official notice.

The bottle size is always at least 0,7l if not stated differently. I am not able to deliver always 1,0l bottles. The appearance of the bottles might be different from the picture shown.

With this price list all older price lists become invalid. My offer may change without notice. Raise of prices may be possible at any time.
